DCTNB Diamond Coated 2-Flute Taper Neck Ball End Mill (DCTNB2010-200-1.8)

· A diamond coated taper neck ball end mill. Ideal for graphite electrode machining.
· The tapered neck shape improves rigidity, providing high efficiency and high precision machining.
· The unique diamond coating is ideal for graphite machining and provides excellent abrasion resistance.
· Features a coating with excellent adhesive properties and an optimized blade shape, helping deliver a long service life.
(i)Caution
- The shank taper angle is a reference value only. Always check by taking actual measurements when there is concern about interference with the workpiece.
- Take care to avoid having the shank part coming into contact with the workpiece. Use a dedicated graphite machining tool when working with graphite. Use of an air blower is recommended when machining graphite.
