Solid Die D for Machine Screws
[Features]
· High-speed tool steel (HSS) is adopted, realizing stable machining.
· The front surface is the surface with a marking on the chamfering.
· The machining reference surface at the rear is sunk so that the end face makes close contact when the holder is attached.
· Screw adjustments are not required and die outer diameter accuracy is improved compared to adjustable dies as this is a solid die.
· Solves problems particular to adjustable type dies, realizing high precision screw machining.

Features of Solid Round Dies D
New Solid Round Dies-D are born, with improved accuracy of run-out tolerance.
The Solid Round Dies-D, realize consistent thread cutting by adopting HSS material.
This makes it easy to determine the cutting direction.
The rear face has a recess so that the die can fit tightly in the die holder when installing.
※Solid Round Dies-D cannot be used from Rear face.
D is solid type and does not need the adjusting screw.
Compared with adjustable type, accuracy of D's outside diameter has been greatly
improved.
D has succeeded in solving diffi cult problems related to adjustable dies and achieved the high precision cutting of external threads.
External threads cut by Solid Round Dies-D have less tears and stripes on thread flank face.
