Spiral Pointed Taps for General Purpose_IPO (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· Through-hole tap for low speed machining with a drilling machine.
· Use for machining iron products (SPC, SS400, etc.) that are commonly available.
· Has a surface treatment (oxide treated) that is ideal for machining iron.
· Machines small amounts of female threads for product prototypes.
· The biting part has a twisted groove to discharge scrap in the same direction as bit movement, for use with through holes.
