· DUARISE coating
· Offers excellent lubrication, wear resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The composite multilayer structure helps prevent thermal cracking.
Smoothing of the coating surface improves machining surface precision.
The positive-angle flute has excellent sharpness and helps reduce cutting resistance.
A flute form that achieves both high tool rigidity and a good chip discharge performance, enabling stable machining and a reduction in burring.
Use of a variable-lead geometry and unequal divisions enables stable, high-efficiency machining.

The difference is clearly shown in the quality of slot milling!
There are hardly any burrs generated during slot milling, which is a proof of stable milling.
Poor chip evacuation and excessive cutting force are the main causes of unstable milling, which leads to the generation of burrs.
The AE-VMS is able to achieve stable performance with minimal burrs even in slot milling at a depth of 10mm.
