[Features]
· Supports a wide variety of tooling for grooving, cross feeding, profiling, end surface and inner diameter machining.
· Wide range of breakers improve chip processing in various situations. Suppresses sudden damage caused by jammed chips.
· Integrated structure and use of die steel reduces machining vibration by about 30% compared to conventional products.
· The polish-less insert still attains high blade width accuracy of ±0.03 mm, with a blade width of 1.25 mm to 6.0 mm.
