Wire-Cut System Tooling WST-001 (Leveling Base) (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· Uses martensitic stainless steel, which is finished with precision grinding after full quenching.
· To use, attach the leveling base to the wire-cut electric discharge machine workpiece stand and mount the fine vise, V block and pallet holder according to the shape of the workpiece.
· The leveling base positioning pin allows the fine vise, V block and pallet holder to be mounted to the leveling base easily and also to be replaced easily.
· The leveling base allows easy horizontal setting of the workpiece and correction of parallelism and is ideal for machining thin, small and round workpieces.
