HI-LAP (Offset-Type Elastic Grinding Wheel)【20 Pieces Per Package】
[Features]
· The HI-LAP is an offset-type, elastic PVA grinding wheel.
Due to the elastic effect of the binding agent, the abrasive cutting is uniform and does not leave particularly deep scratches in the ground surface, providing a smooth surface finish.
[Applications]
· The HI-LAP for general metal use (HI-LAP-M) is ideal for deburring and removing scratches and rust from general metal and for removing scratches and for finishing stainless steel.
· The HI-LAP for stone materials (HI-LAP-S) is ideal for chamfering stone material for construction and for finishing stone monuments.
(i)Caution
- Dry-type specification 1. The HI-LAP maximum peripheral usage speed is 45 m/s (8,500 rpm). Use at a grinder rpm of less than 8,500 rpm. 2. Use a correctly-mounted dedicated HI-LAP pad. 3. The HI-LAP is for dry use. Do not use with water or water-soluble grinding oil. 4. Store in a dry place when not in use.
