· Measurement is performed by inserting it into foodstuffs. For cooking at appropriate temperatures.
· Since it comes with a holder, it can also be used to measure the temperature of liquids. Drink wine or sake at the ideal temperature to enjoy the flavors.
· Displays in red when 75°C, the reference temperature for O-157 heat sterilization, is reached.
