Mirror Radius Insert FRM Type (FRM-250-R20-JC8015)
"Mirror Radius RNM/MRN" insert for high-speed high-efficiency machining of molds, usable for medium finishing to finishing and also supports high hardness materials.
· [Features]
· Uses new material "DH102," a combination of "New DH (Dijet Hard) Coating" (a new PVD coating for hardened materials and high speed machining) and a micrograin ultra-hard alloy for hardened materials to attain long-life use. JC8015 material is available for general steel, etc.
· A positive blade shape is used, like the conventional HRM type, with low cutting resistance and favorable cutting quality.
· Tools can be consolidated by using 1 holder and changing the insert, handling from rough machining to finishing of any work material.
