Polishing Balls
[Features]
· The individual abrasive balls on the specially coated grindstone fit the workpiece surface. Their spherical shape does not damage workpieces and enables heavy-duty work.
· Use with wet type.
[Applications]
· For deburring, rust removal, etc. of uneven inner surfaces.
· Optimal for deburring inside cylinders and internal polishing.
· For deburring of cross holes in machined parts.
· Use water-soluble cutting fluid or spindle oil as the cutting fluid.
· Do not use petroleum-based or emulsion types.
· Use right rotation, as it has a torsion shaft.
