Diamond internal bar (round cylinder) (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· As the top of the head is rounded, it is suitable for use such as drilling and deburring of small holes.
· Knoop hardness is about 7,000 (the hardest material on earth) so it can be used for most workpieces such as metals, marble, glass, etc. Most suited for workpieces with high hardness such as ceramic materials. However, since diamond does not withstand heat, it is not suitable for machining that involves production of large amounts of heat (HSS, etc.).
[Applications]
· Polishing of curved surfaces, chamfering/deburring.
