Iscar, End Replacement Type Drill Head (ICP145IC908)
[Features]
· Replacement of the head while attached to the machine has been made possible and, by using a newly developed self-restraining clamp drill, adjustments of tool dimensions are no longer necessary, resulting in shorter stoppage times for significantly enhanced machine operating efficiency.
· The latest design which allows the cutting force to increase the head grip strength, enabling stable machining.
· Together with a high rake, the holder tip coolant holes achieve appropriate internal lubrication, delivering an appropriate amount of cutting oil to the blade tip, providing a long tool life, good chip discharge properties from the workpiece surface, and improved machined hole precision.
