A limit gauge for flanges used to install ring joint gaskets, usable with various ring numbers.
[Features]
· GO/NO GO standards are in accordance with JPI-7S-23.
· Flange groove width tolerance: ±0.20 mm.
· Flange groove depth tolerance: +0.41/0 mm.
· Flange groove bottom corner radius tolerance: 1.5 mm or less: +0.8 mm / More than 1.5 mm: ±0.8 mm.
· Angle tolerance: ±0.5°.
· Material is stainless steel (SUS420J2).
[Applications]
· A limit gauge used to determine ring joint gasket mounted flange groove width pass/fail.
