Essential product for checking thread precision. Screw gauge enabling easy checking of screw accuracy on the Go and No Go sides.
[Features]
· Inspects the upper limit and lower limit of the predetermined dimension accuracy of the screw part.
· Machining (GRWR) and ISO system specifications can also be manufactured.
· The gauge classifications for screw limit gauge are determined with the same grades as the screws to be measured.
· If the gauge GO side is passed through comfortably and the NO GO side does not screw in two turns or more, then the screw is judged to have passed.

· Used for inspecting screws.

What is thread ring gauge

Thread ring gauge is used to check the pitch of male screw for specifications.
As to limit thread ring gauge, it can check and decide whether the grade of
screw is the same as the grade of gauge.

Instructions for use

①First, the screw will pass through GO side of thread ring gauge smoothly.
②Then, the screw will not pass through NO-GO side of thread ring gauge even with
two or more turns. (JIS Grade)
Then, the screw will not pass through NO-GO side of thread ring gauge when
turned more than two times. (ISO Grade)
If the grade inspection of manufactured screw by thread ring gauge meets above
conditions ① and ②, it can be judged as a qualified product.
*Make sure there is no error with specifications and grades.


 

Example for use

■GO side
①First, the screw will pass through GO side of 
thread ring gauge smoothly.

■NO-GO side
②Then, NO-GO side will not pass through even
with two or more turns.(JIS Grade)
Then, NO-GO side will not pass through when
turned more than two times.(ISO Grade)


If the grade inspection of manufactured screw by thread ring gauge meets above
conditions ① and ②, it can be judged as a qualified product.
