What is pin vise

Vise is for clamping pin gauge use.
To prevent pin gauge from thermal expansion results from body temperature.

When checking the hole, use pin vise to clamp on two types of pin gauge which are 
「hole that can enter (GO)」 or「 hole that can't enter (NO-GO)」.
It can be used as a plug gauge. (Detail instructions of plug gauge on page 16)
