· High rigidity type with blade length of 2.0 D, ideal for high feed processing.
· 4-flute variable split and unequal lead reduce chatter, enabling high-efficiency cutting.
· The multilayer coating uses nanoparticles.
· Excellent lubricity and heat resistance.
· Suitable for a wide range of work materials from general steel to high hardness steel.
· Enables groove cutting (ap 0.5D to 1.0D) as is after machining in the Z axis direction (ap 0.5D to 1.0D).
