Static electricity eliminator made with a small, lightweight resin body. Static electricity eliminating air gun.
[Features]
· Ergonomic grip which fits to the hand. An operation LED and high voltage error warning LED are arranged on each side of the grip to allow the status to be regularly checked.
· Green LED is built in so that users can find dust easily.
· Ion-generating high voltage transformer is built-in and the high-voltage cables do not extend outside of the unit for safety. Voltage used is a safe, low 24 VDC voltage with a dedicated adapter. Power cable is a flexible robot cable with a length of 2.5 m.
· Air pressure of 0.3 to 0.6 MPa provides excellent static elimination performance.
· The electrode probe has a dedicated tool for simple cleaning and replacement.
[Applications]
· For ionization and dust removal in trays, bases, and in precision electronic equipment such as cellphones.
· Ionization and dust removal of resin parts such as bumpers on vehicles.
