A dust collecting static eliminator made suitable for cell production sites by compactly integrating the workbench and small dust collector.
[Features]
· A clear window which can be opened or closed is created on the front surface of the hood to prevent scatter and to maintain a good visibility. Optimal opening design.
· A paper pack filter for dust collection or duct hose can be attached to the back of the hood.
· 2 air nozzle type ionizers are built in. Vibration is applied to the dust adhered to the workpiece, using intermittent air streams to blow it off.
· It is possible to set the time at which ion blowing stops after detecting the workpiece with the sensor. Built-in air regulator.
· When the gel sheet becomes dirty, it can be washed with water and dried to be used over and over again.
· No dust-collector required, saving power and reducing running costs. Pulse blowing also reduces the amount of air used.
