[Features]
· 8501 standard models with rounded tips (0.5R) and grooves in the inner surfaces.
· 8501-F tips are the same as those of model 8501, but the inside of the tip is flat.
· 8501-GG tips are sharply tapered, with a flat interior.
· 8507 has a beak-shaped curved tip that can be used in completely different ways to standard types.
· Made of ceramic.

Made of ceramic (zirconia).
Properties Of Ceramic Parts
- Plenty of heat resistance. (700°C or less, thermal shock resistance △T = 350°C)
- Plenty of chemical resistance. (Excluding hydrofluoric acid)
- No elution of metal contaminants or organic substances.
- Nonmagnetic and provides plenty of insulation.
- Exceptional abrasion resistance. (At least 10 times that of metal and at least 100 times that of plastic)
- Solder and silver solder do not adhere easily.
