180° flat multifunctional carbide drill.
[Features]
· Reduces hole expansion thanks to its double margins and 2-step cutting edge tip shape.
· Capable of producing an accurate counter-bore surface with one shot.
· Aqua EX coating improves heat and wear resistance, providing long life.
· Flat drill for 4D boring depth with excellent drilling performance.
· A centering hole or guide hole is required.
[Applications]
· Countersinking on inclined surfaces and correction of eccentric bores.
· Multifunctional drill that can be used for a wide range of applications, such as thin plate burrless processing, etc.
