HSS Round Dies for Auto Lathe, for Stainless Steel_HS-D (HDP3.5H)
Solid die for difficult-to-cut materials, such as stainless steel, etc.
[Features]
· Adopts high-speed tool steel (HSS).
· Can be used only from the surface as oxide treatment (OX treatment) is applied as the surface treatment.
· The outer diameter of the die is made smaller and thinner for less rotational vibration during high speed cutting with automatic lathes.
· Stable male threading can be performed.
· Solid type with minimal variation even under harsh cutting condition specifications.
[Applications]
· Optimal for machining stainless steel and other difficult-to-cut materials.
