Coated spiral tap that can machine at medium to high speed for a wide range of work materials.
[Features]
· A special shape (BLF shape) is adopted for the thread component. Several threads are totally left untouched while the remaining half of the threads are chamfered.
· Completely threaded to prevent the blade from chipping.
· Reduction of friction resistance and tapping torque.
· Maintains screw guidance (stable machining).
· Maintains excellent chip discharge performance (smooth discharge).
[Applications]
· Supports machining of a wide range of work materials such as alloy steel, high carbon steel, medium carbon steel, low carbon steel, etc.
· Ideal for water soluble cutting fluids.
