Spiral Fluted Taps_SP【1-99 Pieces Per Package】

The spiral flute tap is ideal for machining blind holes as cutting chip is discharged from the grooves twisted in the same direction as the threads.
[Features]
・ The grooves are twisted in the same direction as the threads for not only good scrap discharging performance but also great cutting performance.
・ Intermittent cutting of female threads with keyway is also possible.
・ Capable of machining both synchronously and asynchronously.
・ Ideal for machining blind holds as the groove is twisted, continuous small coiled scraps are discharged to the rear, and it does not cause cutting chip clogging.
・ Ideal for tapping especially sticky work materials, plastics, etc. due to its sharpness.
・ The tap can easily cut.
・ Intermittent cutting of pilot holes with keyway is also possible.
・ Since the blade strength is inferior to HT, the HT shape is more suitable for hard materials.
[Applications]
・ Ideal for machining blind holes.
