Spiral Fluted Taps for Aluminum_AL+SP (Part Numbers)
A tap that enables high speed, stable machining of light alloys such as aluminum die casting or forged aluminum.
[Features]
· Optimal blade design limits the internal diameter burrs that tend to appear when cutting threads into light alloy.
· Stable, clean thread machining can be performed.
[Applications]
· Stable thread machining of light alloy such as aluminum die casting or forged aluminum at high speed.
· Can be used not only with aluminum, but also other materials such as brass, bronze, magnesium castings, and zinc alloy castings.
