· Nominal size and actual size printing.
· Features excellent wear resistance with lapping finish.
· A wide range of sizes is available. Indicated in 5 mm increments from 100 mm up.
· Performance inspection report included.

· Used to adjust the 0 point as a master gauge.

What is ring gauge

Circular gauge is made with specific size and durable materials having
certain inside diameter tolerance.
Size and actual measuring value are engraved on master ring gauge.

Nominal size

Generally called size.

Measured value

Size +/- tolerance value.

The main purpose of ring gauge is used as
inside diameter standard for comparision
measuring instrument.
(Ex):Inside diameter measuring tool (Three point internal micro, air micrometer...) is used
as a standard meter of zero adjustment.

Precaution before use

Clean the gauge with benzine or wipe ou dirty with clean cloth before use.
Ensure there is no rust, scratch or burrs.

Precaution before use

Remove all dust and fingerprints then apply anti-rust oil.
Keep it at a place with small changes in humidity and temperature.
