[Features]
· 550 g lightweight design reduces burden on the operator and is energy-saving and easy to install.
· Drilling can be adjusted with a single touch. For φ32 to φ300. Turn and adjust the grip bar fixing screw according to the scales on the L-shaped grip bar.
· A wide range of newly developed special carbide straight bits is used for the cutting edge. Outstanding durability. Enables smooth hole drilling work. The usual cutting depth is 15 mm, but it can be changed to 20 mm using the attached spacer. (Depth when using a long carbide straight bit is 30 mm)
· The dust cup prevents the scattering of cutting chips. Exhibits strength during upward facing work (on ceilings, etc.). It also helps prevent scattering of cutting powder in both lateral and downward directions.
· For the dust cup, use the included small type (DC-150) for 32φ and over, and the large type (DC-300) for 95φ and over. The amount of cutting powder will differ depending on the drilling size and work material.
[Applications]
· For work on round holes in materials such as veneer, plywood, new building materials, gypsum boards, Gyptone, plaster boards, interior materials, slate, PVC sheets, siding (ceramic and metal), zinc coated steel, tin plates, FRP, etc.
· Building/construction industry: For louver installation, round drilling of floor materials and void pipe base round drilling.
· Facilities and electrical work: Washing machine pan drainage work, kitchen plumbing and sewerage work, Western toilet pipe hole processing work, downlight construction, ventilation fan construction, ceiling work (speakers/sprinklers)
· For installing fire alarms.
