Rolling Center NC70 (Part Numbers)
[Features]
· The product is designed by focusing on the super high speed rotation (7000 min-1) and high accuracy (TIR 0.003).
· Carbide insert is attached on the tip part to withstand abrasion and friction due to super high speed rotation. (A type)
· By using the combined angular bearing (3 places) and two types of bearings of needle bearings inside this product, it is finely designed and assembled to withstand rigidity.
· The use of a unique labyrinth mechanism (non-contact) as a measure to prevent immersion when cutting oil is used eliminates wear, friction, and power loss, reduces the temperature rise of the machine, and improves accuracy and reliability of lifespan.
