[Features]
· The product is designed by focusing on the super high speed rotation (7000 min-1) and high accuracy (TIR 0.003).
· Carbide insert is attached on the tip part to withstand abrasion and friction due to super high speed rotation. (A type)
· By using the combined angular bearing (3 places) and two types of bearings of needle bearings inside this product, it is finely designed and assembled to withstand rigidity.
· The use of a unique labyrinth mechanism (non-contact) as a measure to prevent immersion when cutting oil is used eliminates wear, friction, and power loss, reduces the temperature rise of the machine, and improves accuracy and reliability of lifespan.

Basic Information

Type Rotation Center / Lathe Center Features Designed with a focus on high precision (TIR 0.003). Ultra high speed rotation allows for the inclusion of a carbide tip on the grind-resistant end portion. (Type A) 2 types of bearings, angular bearings (3) and needle bearings, are assembled in the main body for rigidity resistance and a delicate design and assembly. An independent labyrinth mechanism (non-contact) is used as a watertight method when using cutting oil for precision with minimal main body temperature increase, without wearing, grinding, or damage, and increased reliability in a long product lifespan.
