· Provides both rapid cutting force and long life.
· Uses a flexible substrate.
· Coated with a free-cutting material that inhibits heat emission and prevents scorching of the object being ground.
[Applications]
· For cutting or polishing hard-to-cut material such as stainless steel, titanium steel, nickel steel, etc. (Naturally it provides the same performance for normal steel and carbon steel.)
· For removing welding beads.
· Deburring, chamfering.
· Tool used: belt sander.
