A mat that prevents falling just by attachment to the bottom of objects thanks to its strong adhesion and shock absorbency.
[Features]
· Has a shock absorption percentage of over 90%, for peace of mind even in major earthquakes. Supported years: 5-7 years. Applicable temperatures: -20°C to +75°C.
· Can be used repeatedly (when it becomes dirty, the adhesive strength can be revived by washing with water). Excellent weather resistance and insulation.
· No setup work required. Easy to install by laying it down. It can be installed even when the installation surface is not flat.
· Flame retardancy test: equivalent to UL-94 V-2. Adhesive force: Horizontal 1,550 N, vertical 3,550 N (vs. SUS304, per 100 mm square).
· Physical property data from other third parties obtained in quantity.
[Applications]
· Can be used as an earthquake countermeasure just by adhering to the bottom surfaces of company PCs, servers, printers, office furniture, etc.
(i)Caution
- Remove dirt, oil and the like from the workpiece before use. For storage, paste on the first curing sheet.
- If there is a pedestal, casters or the like at the bottom of the object which prevents the load from being applied to the entire G mat, use a stainless steel/steel plate or caster receptacles as a countermeasure. (Steel plate should be the same size as G mat) Avoid pinpoint use. (Concentration at one point on the tip leads to risks of deterioration)
- Some products are scheduled to be discontinued from October 2021. Depend on stock status, the end time will be changed. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
