NC-S Series Diamond Ceramics/Crystal (Part Numbers)
DIA-CUT2 is a resinoid grindstone containing diamond. Long life and high cutting quality are achieved by taking advantage of diamond characteristics. Suitable for cutting highly-brittle, hard-to-cut materials such as glass, ceramic and crystal.

· Precision cutting wheel.
· The DISCO resinoid grindstone and rubber wheel manage the three grinding elements (abrasive grain / binding material / pore size) for abundant elasticity and toughness, boasting a high thickness accuracy and exhibiting a demonstrably superior cutting power.
· In addition to general and high-precision cutting grindstones that meet the demands of various customers, we also develop an affordable standard series that is standardized to specifications that are particularly high in demand, along with an ultra-thin cutting grindstone that is as thin as paper and that cuts like a diamond and features a 0.03 mm thickness and ±0.002 mm tolerance.
