A carbide drill with an optimum design for FC materials that provides a longer service life than conventional products.
[Features]
· Combination of cemented carbide ideal for FC material and Aquacoat with excellent heat and wear resistance.
· Longer life than conventional FC drills.
· The special cutting edge treatment suppresses wear of the corners most easily damaged in FC processing.
· A lifetime of 70% of that of new products is guaranteed after re-grinding, even if there is no recoating.
[Applications]
· Ideal for long life machining of FC, FCD, and low carbon steel.
