DLC HSS Drill DLCHD (Part Numbers)
High-speed drill for high efficiency machining of aluminum alloys.
[Features]
· It utilizes DLC coating (diamond-like carbon) with high hardness, a low coefficient of friction and abrasion resistance.
· Has low adhesion and eliminates troubles such as chip clogging which are likely to occur in aluminum processing.
[Applications]
· The coefficient of friction is small, and since the aluminum is unlikely to weld, high friction efficiency with aluminum alloys is demonstrated.
