Coated high-speed drill that realizes high speeds and high feed rates approaching that of carbide drills.
[Features]
· New AG coating with excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance is the best match for next generation high alloy high-speed steel.
· 50C type capable of high-speed machining at a cutting speed of 60 m/min.
· Capable of high speed, high efficiency machining of materials ranging from steel to stainless steel and aluminum.
· The next generation of high alloy steel HSS achieves both anti-chipping performance and friction resistance performance.
[Applications]
· Also convenient for lathes where stable machining of carbide is difficult and low-rigidity processing machines.
