[Features]
· The world's first engineering plastic (PBT resin) made clamping set.
· Uses materials with excellent strength and rigidity, and has the highest level of elasticity of all the various types of engineering plastics.
· Lightweight at 1/10 the weight of steel.
· Easy to carry, allowing reduced setup time.
· These do not rust and are ideal to use with clamps in places and for work where rust is not acceptable, allowing consistently clean use.
· Can softly clamp workpieces without scratching them.
· It is convenient for clamping soft materials and completed products.
· Ideal for clamping objects for measurement using 3D measuring machines. Even if dropped, it will not mark the table or workpiece, or cause injury.
· Can also be used as a clamp for electric discharge machines. Both synthetic and kerosene types of cutting fluid can be used.
· Can also be used for light work clamps such as for sculpting.
· In order to increase strength and rigidity, aluminum is used for stud bolts (A5056). Anodized and rust-proof.
