Sheet metal working tool for easy, clean bending of aluminum and iron sheet metal.
[Features]
· High quality bending with a clean ridge line can be achieved simply by applying a light force.
· Capable of folding non-heat-treated iron / steel sheet with a thickness up to 0.6 mm and pure sheet aluminum with a thickness up to 1.5 mm at lengths of 445 mm.
· By combining the intervals between slits, four-sided bending is possible at most 5 mm intervals between 10 and 420 mm.
· However, with box shapes, bending at 140, 160, 240 to 260, 310, 330, 360 and 370 mm is not possible.
[Applications]
· The most basic bending of automobile meter panels and for robot construction, etc.
· U-shaped type that can be used for various types of cover and for the chassis and frames of radio controlled cars.
· There are no restrictions on the bending height so the manufacturing of trough-shaped trays and the bending of square shaped cross sections is also possible (there are restrictions on the bending dimensions).
