Mold Vise (Part Numbers)
Ideal for machining mold plates. Features a large opening and fast-feed mechanism. The jaw opens 30% larger than conventional hydraulic vises to make the unit 30% more compact (in-house comparison). The main body and movable parts are made of ductile cast iron that does not get damaged, and the sliding surface features outstanding wear resistance thanks to the flame quenching. Provides overwhelmingly superior cost performance when compared with vises of the same size.
