A 2.159-mm pitch ribbon-type connector for soldering. These are the core of the 57 family of connectors, which are available in 5 types.

· 57-10 type (unit connection plug).
· 57-20 type (unit connection receptacle).
· 57-30 type (plug with straight hood for cables).
· 57-40 type (panel receptacle with locking spring).
· 57-60 type (cable relay receptacle).
