PS Series, Crimping Original Type Contact【1-5,000 Pieces Per Package】
The hole the pin contact is inserted into is closed-entry (square walls), providing accurate and highly reliable mating and contact.
[Features]
· 2.54-mm pitch 1-row and 2-row types.
· For board-to-wire connections (discrete wire)
· Straight and right-angle pin headers.
■ Suitable for vertical and horizontal mounting
· Right-angle and straight-type pin headers allow electrical entry to be made vertically or horizontally relative to the board.
■ Easy crimping method for connection on the wire side
· A dedicated wire crimper crimps stripped discrete wires to socket contacts.
· Fast, uniform results.
■ Reliable socket contact
· The holes the opposite pin header's pin contacts are inserted into are closed-entry (square walls), providing accurate and highly reliable mating and contact.
■ Equipped with wire crimping tool
· In addition to handy manual crimping tools, a semi-automatic crimper makes it easier to handle a large number of wire connections.
· Semi-automatic crimpers are also available for rental.
■ Socket housing
· In addition to the standard housing, a housing is included with a key to perform fitting to pin headers using lock/eject levers.
■ Pin headers also support board-to-board mounting
· Pin header can be combined with a DIP socket receptacle for board-to-board mounting.
