product. The AD conversion time is 10 μs when the channel is fixed and when switching the auto channel, and 20 μs when switching the software channel. In addition
to software timing, AD conversion can be performed using an external trigger and/or programmable timer. At FIFO sampling setting, it supports external trigger, analog trigger, pre-trigger, post trigger function, counter match trigger function.
There are 8 common digital input/output for external control (digital input/output and counter are shared).* This product switches multiple input channels with a multiplexer and performs AD conversion, so it can not sample multiple channels at the same time.
* Auto channel switching mode: Automatically switches to the next channel via the hardware during AD conversion. This eliminates the need for software intervention and enables high-speed sampling. FIFO-method sampling uses auto channel switching.
* Software channel switching mode: After channel switching by software, wait for the channel stabilization time before starting AD conversion. I/O method sampling uses software channel switching.
