Small Rack and Panel Connector, QR/P15 Series (Part Numbers)
Construction is divided into main connector unit / cable connection portion. 8, 24 (4 pins for power source) and 40-pin configuration.
[Features]
・Construction divided into main connector unit / cable connection portion: dividing the main body into main connector unit / cable connection portion parts enables product harness insertion from the back, increasing cable connection harness and set mounting workability.
・Sequence structure: the 40-pin type uses 2 pins for both terminals as a sequence terminal, taking safety into full consideration.
・Power supply compatibility: The 24-pin type incorporates power source terminal type.
・The power supply terminal connection uses MDF6 series 4-pin connectors (3.5-mm pitch, UL and CSA certified). Use of AWG16 ensures a 6A power supply capacity.
・Further, it is also possible to crimp using automated machines.
・Contact reliability: the main connector body contact portion uses a forked, double contact (tuning fork) shape in an effort to offer more stable contact.
