Factory Automation Highly Extendable Spring Cable, CVF-U Series

[Features]
Coiled cord with excellent flexibility.
· Elasticity / The sheath uses urethane with excellent rebound resilience and low permanent compression set.
· Flex-resistant / The coiled cable offers excellent flexibility and withstands one million cycles of double-length extension.
· Environmental resistance / Excellent abrasion resistance and oil resistance allow for long-term use even under harsh usage conditions.
· When extended, the cable reaches approximately three times the specified length.
[Applications]
·Wiring for telescoping and rotating parts of industrial robots (for control).
·Wiring for telescoping and rotating parts of NC machines, etc. (for control).

Outer diameter of spring (D): The standard diameter is shown in the specifications table (approx. 3.7 times the cable outer diameter).
Spring length (L): Standard lengths are 30, 50, 100, 150, and 200 cm.
Terminal length (l1/l2): The standard length is 30 cm.
Spring expansion/contraction: Please use the standard spring outer diameter with expansion and contraction within 3 times the length of the spring.
