Flush Silhouette Switch ø22 CW Series, Control Unit - As a result of pursuing safety in various assumed operating environments, a stylish, low-profile, space-saving switch has been created.
The switch has one of the shortest behind-the-panel depths in its class, which contributes to downsizing of equipment and machinery. By suppressing the protrusion of the operation switch to the front of the panel to a low level, it creates a sophisticated panel image while reducing damage and erroneous operation of the operation section.
Since the bezel color can be selected from 2 colors, metallic color and black, the possibilities of panel design have expanded further.
In addition, the contact unit is removed using a "2-action" lock lever mechanism, and the guard is integrated to improve safety.
Space Saving
Space saving design possible with a behind-the-panel depth of 39.9 mm
- It contributes to downsizing of devices and panels and enables space-saving design.
- Non-illuminated type with up to 3 contacts * , illuminated type can be equipped with up to 2 contacts.
- It can also be used in combination with the manufacturer’s FB enclosure and other ø22 general-purpose enclosures.
* Alternate type has up to 2 contacts for both non-illuminated type and illuminated type.

Safety Design
Third generation safety structure
- ■2-action release
- In order to prevent accidental release of the lock lever and improve safety, the contact unit is removed using the manufacturer’s unique "2-action" lock lever mechanism: "push" and "turn."
You can check the mounting status of the contact unit from the back of the switch at a glance. - ■Guard integrated type
- It also prevents accidental release or damage of the lock lever due to cables getting caught.
IP20 finger protection structure
The terminal part uses a finger protection structure with an integrated terminal cover.
Terminal protective structure: IP20 prevents electric shock.
