The most compact connector in the dynamic series that has achieved downsizing of equipment.
[Features]
·It supports wide range of cables. A wide variety of lineup in the series.
·Due to the housing lance structure, there is no part that gets caught in the contact.
·Connector that prevents incorrect wiring by displaying the circuit number with good visibility.

Product Details

The most compact series in the dynamic series, D-1000 series.
It supports a wide range of cables: Contact with a wide wire range that supports AWG #30 to #18. ø2.2 (outer diameter of 2.2 mm) has been achieved as the outer diameter size of the cable coating (when using the D-1200/D-1500 series), and it can be used as standard in the panel.
Crimping tool with replaceable die: The standard tool is a die replaceable tool. With single handle and a system where you purchase a die for each range, it is possible to reduce lead time and minimize installation costs.
A wide variety of lineup in the series: Depending on the cable size and voltage to be used, the 2.0 mm pitch D-1100 and the 2.5 mm pitch D-1200 series are available. The maximum number of positions is 40P.
3.5 mm pitch D-1500 series is available, that is ideal for applications such as sensor signal line arrangement and power supply branching.
In addition to the conventional standard color of black, a color version is also available in the series.
It contributes to shortening the time when assembling the connector, while promoting the use of multiple connectors with the same number of positions more positively.
For terminal plating specifications, in addition to the conventional standard gold plating, a lineup of more affordable tin-plated products is available.
Since contacts can be selected according to the purpose of use, quality, and cost, it can be widely used.
