Rail-Compatible Terminal Block, PUW Series
[Features]
· The PUW-20 features both a two-level structure and a raising mechanism to simultaneously achieve space saving and labor saving in panels.
· The PUW-20 keeps the space taken up by the terminal block on boards to 50%. It is the ideal terminal block for mounting to particularly controller boards such as operation panels, control panels, and measuring instrumentation panels.
· Since the top step and bottom are shifted by half pole, wiring can be done from both top and bottom. Bottom level terminals are properly angled for smoother connections.
· Loosened terminal screws hold themselves up through the action of the internal spring structure. This helps prevent shorting accidents, losses, etc. due to dropped screws.
· Complies with UL standards and has TÜV certification, and so can be used for products intended for export to outside of Japan.
· The insulation material used is PPE resin, offering excellent dielectric strength and insulation resistance.
· Mountable on IEC 35 mm rail (DIN 35 mm rail).
· Simply push down to easily mount to rails.
· Adopts a screw-captive up-screw type.
· Intermediate plates can be mounted or removed without any tools.
