Common accidents
Crimping an insulated terminal with a tool for bare crimp terminals.
The metal part of the terminal isn't insulated and is exposed, resulting in it making contact with other parts and causing a short.

Please use "bare crimp terminals and bare crimp sleeves" for solid wires, and insulate them
with insulation caps, insulation tubes, taping,
etc.
