*2 When using the accumulated value hold function, calculate the lifespan from the usage conditions and use within the lifespan. The limit of the number of accesses of the storage element (electronic component) is 3.7 million times. When energized for 24 hours, the lifespan is as follows.

5 minute intervals: 5 minutes × 3.7 million times = 18.5 million minutes = 35 years
2 minute intervals: 2 minutes × 3.7 million times = 7.4 million minutes = 14 years

*3) Negative pressure is the pressure value on the product IN side (inlet side).
*4) When installing multiple products in close contact, use the upper limit of the power supply voltage at 24 V DC.
*5) Fluid: Accuracy when dry air is flowed. For gas types other than air, it is a reference value.
*6) Digital filter: It is the value at 0.05 s.
*7) You can set the time from when the instantaneous flow rate reaches the set value until the switch output operates.
*8) If the flow rate fluctuates near the set value, chattering will occur unless the set value equal to or greater than the fluctuation range is set.

*10) When 0 to 10 V is selected, refer to the analog output graph for the allowable load current.

*12) This can be set when using a product with a unit switching function.
*13) The accumulated flow rate display is a power display. The top 4 digits are always displayed.
*14) The digital filter time can be set for the sensor input. 90% response time to step input.
*15) Please use after confirming the precautions for quick-connect fittings. In addition, please use a general-purpose pipe fitting (KQ□L series) when changing the piping condition such as rear mounting. Depending on the piping conditions, it may affect the flow rate accuracy.
*16) Although the manufacturer is making efforts to improve the quality, products with slight scratches, stains, display color, uneven luminance, etc., on the external appearance that do not affect the performance are considered to be good products.
