[Electro-pneumatic proportional valve: Flow rate type (VEF)]
The flow rate is controlled steplessly by the magnitude of the current. You can select a model that suits your purpose according to specifications such as the number of ports (2 or 3-port valve with the electric throttle valve function) and the maximum effective cross-sectional area
[Electro-pneumatic proportional valve: Pressure type (VEP)]
The pressure is controlled steplessly by the magnitude of the electric current. In addition, because the structure has the same fully open effective cross-sectional area on the exhaust side, it has a large exhaust capacity and can also be used as a relief valve (3-port valve with the electric pressure reducing valve function)
