Metering Valve With Silencer for Food Manufacturing Process SMW2-FP1 Series
It supports food manufacturing. Food grade (NSF H1) is used as a lubricant oil for the flow path and sliding parts to eliminate anxiety about contamination.
[Features]
・ Compact size, lightweight, high flow rate: Compared to the conventional series, the volume ratio has been reduced by 50% and the mass ratio has been reduced by 80%, achieving a significant reduction in size and weight while achieving the largest effective cross-sectional area in its class.
・ Sound damping effect 23 dB (A) or more: The sound damping effect has been improved by insert molding the PP sintered body element, which has a high sound damping effect, with the body.
・ Uses push-lock needle: The manufacturer has adopted a push-lock type knob that enables reliable needle lock with single-action.
・ Environmental design: Since all plastic materials are used, there is no need to separate garbage when disposing.
(i)Caution
- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
