Vacuum Unit, Ejector System ZX Series (ZX1-HS2-10)

A vacuum unit ejector system best suited to small precision components.
[Features]
· Electronic components weighing up to 100 g.
· Modular design makes it possible to combine the most suitable functions.
· Compact and lightweight (120 g with complete set), which makes it ideal for installing actuators.
· Ejector nozzles available in 0.5 to 1.0‑mm diameters (suction flow rate 5 to 22 L/min [ANR]).
· Capable of manifolding.

(i)Caution

Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
There are not the replacement items and the plan to resumption of sale. Please check the quotation and order screen for details.
CAD data is not available for some models.

1) The case is made of polycarbonate, so do not use with or expose it to the following chemicals: paint thinner, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, acetic ester, aniline, cyclohexane, trichloroethylene, sulfuric acid, lactic acid, water-soluble cutting oil (alkaline), etc.
2) Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
